I collect only what I need to take your order, ship it, and stay in touch about it. This page explains what I collect, how I use it, who I share it with, the cookies I use, and the choices you have.
What I collect
When you place an order I collect the information you give me at checkout — your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. I also automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies.
How I use it
I use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, keep the store secure, and meet my legal and accounting obligations. I only send marketing email if you have asked me to.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered directly with Square and are never seen or stored by me. Square's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Who I share it with
I share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Square (to process payments), my shipping carrier (to deliver your order), and my email and hosting providers (to send notifications and operate the site). I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies
I use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout session working, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work without the essential ones.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days. I keep order records only as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
Children
My store is intended for adults, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
