We use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, keep the store secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We only send marketing email if you have asked us to.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered directly with Square and are never seen or stored by us. Square's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Square (to process payments), our shipping carrier (to deliver your order), and our email and hosting providers (to send notifications and operate the site). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout session working, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work without the essential ones.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records only as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
Children
Our store is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
