Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your pottery. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in glaze, tone, and form are part of its character, not a flaw — but if something isn't right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email me at [email protected] with your order number within that window, and I'll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned piece, I'll issue a refund of the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Return shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or I sent the wrong piece, in which case I cover it. I charge no restocking fee. I recommend a tracked, well-cushioned parcel — until your return reaches me, the piece is your responsibility.
Non-returnable items
Made-to-order, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, as each is made specifically for you. Items marked as sale or seconds are also final sale. This does not affect your rights for an item that arrives damaged or not as described.
Damaged or not as described
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery and I'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See my shipping policy for how I handle damage in transit.
