Shipping Policy

Ceramics are fragile, so we treat shipping as part of the craft. Every piece is made and packed by hand. This page explains how and when we ship, where we ship, what it costs, and what happens if something arrives damaged.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. If a piece needs a little extra time before it can ship, we'll let you know by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only and are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rate & delivery

We offer a single flat rate of $5.99 USD per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship via USPS with tracking provided by email, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel leaves our hands, or for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout — please double-check your shipping address before paying.

Damaged in transit

We pack every order individually with protective cushioning, but ceramics can occasionally be damaged in shipping. Please inspect your order on arrival. If a piece arrives broken or damaged, email photos of the item and its packaging to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. See our returns policy for full details.
