Pricing & currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The total you pay — item price plus shipping — is shown at checkout before you pay. We may update prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Orders & acceptance
Because every piece is made by hand, stock is limited and an item may sell out. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — including for a pricing or stock error — and if we do, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
Handmade variation
Each piece is thrown, glazed, and fired individually, so color, tone, size, and form vary slightly from the photos. These variations are a feature of handmade work, not a defect.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photographs, text, and designs — is owned by Hannah Sophia Pottery and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Shipping & returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our returns policy, which form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to your order or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
